Brianna Rooney
Brianna Rooney is a serial entrepreneur, startup advisor, and one of the most recognized voices in technical recruiting.She founded Techees, a high-growth technical recruiting firm she built from the ground up before leading its successful acquisition by Affirm in 2021.

Over the last two decades, Brianna has partnered with venture-backed startups, founder-led companies, and hyper-growth organizations to build engineering teams from the ground floor to executive leadership. From founding engineers to VP and C-level technical leadership, she’s helped companies make the hires that shape product, culture, and long-term valuation.

Beyond recruiting, Brianna is the creator of The Millionaire Recruiter, where she has trained hundreds of recruiters and business owners on recruiting, sales, leadership, and building profitable businesses.

Known for her direct style, sharp pattern recognition, and ability to spot talent beyond the résumé, Brianna doesn’t just fill roles—she helps founders build companies.
Laura Johnson
Laura Johnson is the Co-Founder of TalentPerch. She is a sourcing-forward Talent Acquisition leader with 10+ years of experience across agency and high-growth startup environments, backed by an earlier career in marketing and PR spanning more than a decade.

Known for her relentless sourcing instincts and sharp pattern recognition, Laura works side-by-side with founders and technical leaders to identify, engage, and close the kind of talent that accelerates product, culture, and company growth.

At work, Laura helps build companies. At home, she’s an all-in girl mom raising future entrepreneurs, teaching resilience, independent thinking, and the confidence to create opportunities on their own terms.
Kera Winders
Kera is the Head of Learning & Development at TalentPerch. She has a diverse background ranging from data and information analysis to IT with an emphasis of instruction and training for 16+ years and brings an abundance of knowledge to TalentPerch as a L&D subject matter expert. She has prior experience in mentoring and leading Military Intelligence professionals in the U.S. Army and sharpened her skills through her experience in multiple global operations. Kera has a proven track record of establishing, creating, and implementing sustainable training programs. She is enthusiastic about taking her knowledge and fusing it with the talent industry’s best practices to deliver cutting edge training certification programs through Thriversity. Her strengths include process implementation, probability analysis, and her deep understanding of course management and content delivery.

Kera lives in the woods with her son Liam and their four dogs. When she's not working she can be found at the beach, traveling to new locations, or enjoying all kinds of outdoor adventures.
Kandyce Reyna
Kandyce is the Director of People Operations at TalentPerch and contributes a wide range of people-focused domain expertise. She has experience building and implementing highly effective programs in the areas of strategic hiring, professional development, management training, performance management, and employee engagement. Kandyce is passionate about leading from a place of empathy and has exceptional capabilities building meaningful relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and has a vast leadership background in various industries such as Staffing & Recruitment, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Portfolio & Project Management, and Satellite Telecommunications.

Kandyce is a life long learner and is a podcast enthusiast. She is also mom to two beautiful rescue kittens, Kate & Pippa, and spoils them regularly.
