Brianna Rooney
A woman serial entrepreneur, Brianna Rooney is the founder and CEO of TalentPerch, Thriversity, The Millionaire Recruiter,  and Techees; Affirm acquired its team in 2021. Passionate about all things recruiting, she also co-hosts a podcast called Talent Takeover Unfiltered that brings respect and awareness to the industry.

Brianna’s businesses offer companies and individuals a 360-degree solution to recruiting and sourcing. TalentPerch focuses on providing solutions to the most daunting business hiring goals. Thriversity’s mission is to turn anyone into an efficient and successful recruiter. While The Millionaire Recruiter is empowering, mentoring, and coaching individuals to open and scale successful recruiting companies in all sectors of the industry.

Brianna is a mom to Diego Danger and Lima Ariel. She believes you can be as successful at work, as you are at home. You don’t have to choose. Be present and rock everything you do.
Taylor Bradley
Taylor is the VP of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships at TalentPerch. She is a Talent Acquisition thought leader with 12+ years combined experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments where she was responsible for implementing innovative solutions, strategic initiatives, and process improvements that assist organizations of all sizes in meeting their hiring goals and operational objectives. Taylor has a passion for people, process, and technology with a proven track record of leading teams to exceed performance expectations, mentoring, training, operational excellence, and positive change management.

Taylor is a proud mom of two boys, Cade and Camden. There is never a dull moment in the Bradley household as most of their free time is spent at the lake, riding bikes, or playing baseball and soccer.
Kera Winders
Kera is the Head of Learning & Development at TalentPerch. She has a diverse background ranging from data and information analysis to IT with an emphasis of instruction and training for 16+ years and brings an abundance of knowledge to TalentPerch as a L&D subject matter expert. She has prior experience in mentoring and leading Military Intelligence professionals in the U.S. Army and sharpened her skills through her experience in multiple global operations. Kera has a proven track record of establishing, creating, and implementing sustainable training programs. She is enthusiastic about taking her knowledge and fusing it with the talent industry’s best practices to deliver cutting edge training certification programs through Thriversity. Her strengths include process implementation, probability analysis, and her deep understanding of course management and content delivery.

Kera lives in the woods with her son Liam and their four dogs. When she's not working she can be found at the beach, traveling to new locations, or enjoying all kinds of outdoor adventures.
Kandyce Reyna
Kandyce is the Director of People Operations at TalentPerch and contributes a wide range of people-focused domain expertise. She has experience building and implementing highly effective programs in the areas of strategic hiring, professional development, management training, performance management, and employee engagement. Kandyce is passionate about leading from a place of empathy and has exceptional capabilities building meaningful relationships. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and has a vast leadership background in various industries such as Staffing & Recruitment, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Portfolio & Project Management, and Satellite Telecommunications.

Kandyce is a life long learner and is a podcast enthusiast. She is also mom to two beautiful rescue kittens, Kate & Pippa, and spoils them regularly.
Kait Vickers
Kait is the Head of the Falcon Team, which is the special projects team at TalentPerch. Formerly, Kait was Director of Ops at Techees. She jumped at the chance to work with Brianna again. Kait has a knack for problem-solving, innovation, creativity, and helping people grow. Her diverse background and skills have made her the ideal leader for a team known to have swiss army knife capabilities and speed. She is a strong believer in knowing and living in your genius. Passion drives results.

Kait is recharged by trips to the beach, is a proud bunny mama, and is the Aunt of six adorable human rascals. When she is not working, you will find her chilling with family and friends, learning something new, going down the rabbit hole that is YouTube, watching a movie, or trying a new craft, or selling her original crochet patterns on Etsy.
